Job summary

Aspire Housing & Personal Development Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide 1:1 in-home support, personal and clinical care, and assistance with daily routines for young people with complex needs.

You will work with individuals facing autism and challenging behaviour, helping with medications, appointments, and housing needs while promoting social participation and independence. Training is provided and on-call support is available.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but induction provided.
• Ability to connect with people and show empathy.
• Commitment to helping others.
