Job summary

Active Care Group operates Woodland Court in Caterham, a supported living service for up to 29 adults. We are seeking a dedicated support worker to join a friendly multi-site team on a rota including weekends.

You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, provide personal care, and help with medication if required. DBS check will be required; we value reliability and a positive, flexible attitude.

Qualifications

• DBS check required.
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
• Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
• Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.

We'd like you to join us as a support worker at our service Woodland Court based in Caterham. Woodland Court is made up of 27 single occupancy and 2 shared self-contained flats. Woodland Court is a modern supported living service providing care and support for up to 29 adults. Set in large grounds in a tranquil part of Caterham, Woodland Court is just a short walk from the town centre. We offer person-centred care to people to support them to become as independent as possible.

What you'll be working:

Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend. Full time & part time hours available 42, 36 & 24 hours per week Day shifts

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting our clients with daily activities
• Supporting their care plans to establish routine
• Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day care
• Personal Care
• Administrating medication (if required)
• Active Care

What you’ll have:

• Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
• Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
• Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
• Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
