Job summary

Active Care Group is recruiting a part-time Support Worker for Fir Tree Lodge in Caterham, Surrey. You will help residents with daily activities, support care plans for reliable routines, and ensure safety and stability in day-to-day care.

The role requires strong organisation, flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and a successful Enhanced DBS check. Benefits include extensive training and development opportunities.

We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our service Fir Tree Lodge in Surrey. Situated in Caterham, Surrey, Fir Tree Lodge supports people with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge. The Service is made up of 6 self-contained flats that are spacious and furnished to a high specification, with well equipped kitchens and a living/dining areas. The flats have been fully refurbished and renovated to meet the needs of residents who have various physical and complex needs. Parking is available at the service. We're situated close to local amenities with excellent public transport links allowing us to provide supervised travel when needed.

What you'll be working:

Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend. Part time hours 24 hours per week £29,214.68 (FTE) per annum pro rata

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting our clients with daily activities
• Supporting their care plans to establish routine
