We have exciting opportunities for Support Workers at our Woodland Court located in Caterham.

Woodland Court comprises 26 spacious, furnished flats spread over four floors, each equipped with a call point system for support at the touch of a button.

Our person-led approach is driven by bespoke support plans and outcomes, with an ethos of delivering support through Positive Behaviour Support to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Working Details:

Your hours are based on a rota, working every other weekend.

  • Full-time hours
  • 42 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with daily activities
  • Implementing their care plans to establish routines
  • Ensuring clients feel safe and stable in their daily care
  • Providing personal care
  • Administering medication (if required)

Requirements:

  • Successful candidates will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working
  • Reliable in attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-confidence and ability to handle challenging situations
