Active Care Group Recruitment is seeking compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers in Truro to assist a vibrant young woman with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy. The role involves providing double-handed support, personal care, and driving the client to activities.
Offering full training and support, the position pays up to £13.50 per hour. Candidates will join a dedicated care team and help the client maintain an independent and active lifestyle. Part-time and full-time hours available on a zero-hours contract.
We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers (Drivers Essential) to join a dedicated care team supporting a vibrant young woman with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy in St. Austell.
About the Client:
Our client is a full-time wheelchair user who requires hoisting for all transfers and support with all aspects of her daily care needs. She lives independently in a two-bedroom annexe at her parents’ home.
She is a very happy, smiley lady with a wonderful personality. She loves music—especially boybands like Boyzone—and enjoys attending concerts whenever possible. She has a busy and active weekly routine, regularly attending art and music clubs as well as hydrotherapy sessions. She thrives on social interaction and enjoys getting out and about.
