We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers (Drivers Essential) to join a dedicated care team supporting a vibrant young woman with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy in St. Austell.

About the Client:
Our client is a full-time wheelchair user who requires hoisting for all transfers and support with all aspects of her daily care needs. She lives independently in a two-bedroom annexe at her parents’ home.

She is a very happy, smiley lady with a wonderful personality. She loves music—especially boybands like Boyzone—and enjoys attending concerts whenever possible. She has a busy and active weekly routine, regularly attending art and music clubs as well as hydrotherapy sessions. She thrives on social interaction and enjoys getting out and about.

About the Role:

• Double-handed support during the day – you will always work alongside another team member on day shifts
• Providing full personal care and daily living support
• Supporting with social activities and community access
• Driving the client to appointments and activities (full UK driving licence required)

Shifts Available:

• 12 hour days (08:00am-20:00pm)
• Part-time and full-time hours available
• In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract
