Job summary

Avon Support Ltd. is a care provider in the Midlands offering supported living services. We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to help individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs live as independently as possible, making choices and staying active.

This role involves evenings, sleep-ins and weekends, with full training provided. DBS checks are fully paid, and you will work closely with families and professionals to promote inclusion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex needs to live as independently as possible – making their own choices, staying active, and feeling valued every day.

Your role will include:
