Job summary

Care Connection is recruiting experienced Support Workers to assist clients in the Trowbridge area across supported living services. You will support individuals with a range of needs, from autism and learning difficulties to mental health support, helping with daily living tasks and skill development.

Shifts run 07:00–22:00 with a sleep-in 22:00–07:00. We offer weekly pay, holiday accrual, Perks at Work, and on-call support, plus induction and refresher training to get you started.

Qualifications

• Support workers with experience in adult health or social care environments.
• Ability to support individuals with autism, learning difficulties and mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, assisting with daily living tasks and skill development.
• Work one-to-one or with other staff/health professionals in home, garden or community settings.
• Follow on-site care plans to ensure safety, client communication and relevant instructions.
