Job summary

Westcroft is seeking a Female Support Worker in Tring, Hertfordshire. The role involves delivering personalised support, promoting independence in daily living activities, assisting with medication and personal care, and contributing to risk assessments.

The service operates on a rota with early, late and sleep-in shifts. The successful candidate will hold a care certificate (or be willing to obtain one), have a full UK driving licence, and be prepared for weekend and bank holiday work.

• Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification.
• At least one sleep-in per week (paid at a flat rate of £52.78).
• Weekend and bank holiday working required.

Full-time - 37.5 hours per week

The Role

Induct And Mentor New Staff As Needed Shift Patterns Include

The role operates on a rota basis, with shifts including early, late and sleep-in duties. Typical shift times are: 07:00 - 15:00, 07:30 - 15:30, 08:00 - 16:00, 12:30 - 20:30, 14:00 - 22:00, plus sleep-in shifts as required.

Please note: lone working is required, so confidence, responsibility and clear communication are essential.

About You
