Job summary

Liaise is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help people lead happy, meaningful lives in our care homes and community settings.

You will use the training provided to assist with daily tasks, accompany social visits and activities, and keep records up to date. You’ll work closely with colleagues, families and external organisations to support those who live in the home, with safeguarding and health & safety at the fore.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Demonstrates effective decision making and judgement.
• Shows strong planning and organisation abilities.
• Ensures Health & Safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.
