Job summary

Liaise is seeking a Support Worker to join our caring team in providing daily living support for residents. You will be trained to assist with routine tasks, accompany residents on social visits and outings, and help maintain accurate records for each person in the home.

We value safeguarding, strong communication, and reliable decision-making, with emphasis on planning and health & safety to ensure a safe, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

Role Requirements

Zero Hour contract available

Full UK driving license required

What you will be doing:

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
