Job summary

Liaise is seeking caring individuals to join our team as a Support Worker or Care Assistant. We offer full training and support to help every person we support lead a happy, purposeful life.

You will assist with daily tasks, support social visits, and help with outings while maintaining accurate paperwork and working with colleagues and external organisations. DBS checks are enhanced as part of our commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and safeguarding seriously.
• Effective decision making and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Assist those we support with daily tasks using provided training.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

What you will be doing:

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

What we would like you to have to be able to do it:
