Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist those we support with daily tasks using the training provided.
• Provide day-to-day support including social visits, family visits, and days out to local attractions.
• Keep paperwork up to date for each person living in the home.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and external organisations to support those in the home.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

• Full time days shifts available
• Due to location of the setting, having your own transport would be beneficial

What You Will Be Doing

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
