Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities. You will help individuals pursue personal goals, manage daily living tasks, and participate in leisure and employment activities, adapting to each person’s unique needs.

The role offers a supportive team environment, ongoing training, and a guaranteed monthly salary under Annualised Hours, with opportunities for progression and flexible working arrangements.
