Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Social Care Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities. You will help individuals achieve personal goals through person-centred support in home or community settings.

No previous experience required; full training provided. The role offers guaranteed salary with flexible hours, progression opportunities and a supportive team dedicated to making a difference.

This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.

You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.

• No previous experience or qualifications required, Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided
