Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join an inclusive team. You will help adults with learning disabilities achieve personal goals, providing daily living support and emotional assistance in home or community settings.

No prior experience required; full training is provided. The role offers an award of stability with annualised hours and a guaranteed monthly salary, plus progression opportunities and a supportive employer culture.

This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.

You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
