Thera East Midlands is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with a learning disability in daily living and personal development. You will deliver person-centered support, helping individuals achieve personal goals with dignity and respect.

The role offers a secure monthly salary, flexible hours, and opportunities for training and progression within Thera Group. You may work in clients’ homes or in the community, contributing to meaningful improvements in quality of life.
