Job summary

Orbis Education & Care is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker for Rosendale in Lydstep, Pembrokeshire. The role offers day and night shifts at a rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Located near the sea with a calm living environment for adults with complex needs. The successful candidate will provide compassionate, person-centred support, helping residents participate in activities and promoting independence.

• Collaborate to tailor support to individual needs; keep accurate records of activities, progress and incidents.

Support Worker - Rosendale, Lydstep - £13.45 to £13.75 per hour - Full Time day and nights available

Plus an annual location allowance of £1500

We're a leading organisation dedicated to provide exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.

Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and the rolling Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendaleoffers a calm, supportive and homely living environment for up to six adultsfrom the age of 18. In the main house are four en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area and a kitchen/dining area. In additional to this is a 2-bed self-contained flat. At Rosendale fun knows no bounds, beach days are a favourite, along with cinema trips & swimming adventures. We are always on the go - The adventure never ends!
