Orbis Education & Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker at Rosendale, Lydstep (Pembrokeshire). The role involves providing day-to-day care and supportive activities for adults with complex needs, including autism, in a calm, homely setting near the coast.
Responsibilities include enabling independence, attending transport to appointments, and maintaining careful records. No prior experience is required, and a full UK driving licence is essential. Right to work in the UK applies.
Support Worker - Rosendale, Lydstep - £13.45 to £13.75 per hour - Full time day and nights, and part time available
Plus an annual location allowance of £1500
We’re a leading organisation dedicated to provide exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.
Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and the rolling Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendale offers a calm, supportive and homely living environment for up to six adults from the age of 18. In the main house are four en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area and a kitchen/dining area. In additional to this is a 2-bed self-contained flat. At Rosendale fun knows no bounds, beach days are a favourite, along with cinema trips & swimming adventures. We are always on the go - The adventure never ends!

Right to Work Requirement: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and, where applicable, hold a visa with at least 18 months remaining at the time of application. Successful candidates with a time-limited right to work will be employed on a fixed-term contract ending on their visa expiry date.
