Job summary

Bromford Housing Group is hiring a dedicated Support Worker for Woodlands View, Telford (TF75UL). This part‑time role (22.5 hours per week) focuses on helping residents live independently, safely, and with dignity, including welfare checks and coordinating with external agencies.

Additional information:This role involves working on a 3-week rolling rota, with shifts varying across the week to support service delivery

What you’ll bring:
  • A natural ability to build trust and rapport with people from all walks of life.
  • Confidence in handling sensitive situations, including safeguarding and welfare concerns.
  • Experience (or a strong interest) in supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • A collaborative mindset—comfortable working with social workers, health professionals, and other agencies.
  • A commitment to keeping accurate records and delivering high‑quality support.

An Enhanced and Adult Barred List DBS check isrequired.
