Job summary

Home Group is seeking a caring, proactive individual to support customers in their daily living within their own homes and communities. The role focuses on dignity, respect, and practical help to improve lives.

You will work to empower independence, build confidence, and sustain tenancies, while collaborating with colleagues to meet diverse needs. A Level 2 Diploma in Care or equivalent is preferred, and driving may be required.

The practical bits
  • The role is 22.5 hours per week, worked across three fixed days, with standard working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm.
  • This is an office and community-based role, supporting customers within their own accommodation across the local area.
  • You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
  • You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes
