Codi Group is seeking a Full-time Floating Support Worker for Blaenau Gwent. The role is hybrid with a 37-hour week, primarily Monday–Friday, and some flexibility required to meet service needs.
You will provide housing-related support to individuals to reduce homelessness risk and promote independent living, working both solo and as part of a team within our floating support service.
A Full-time (37hrs) Floating Support Worker in a Floating Support Service, Blaenau Gwent. The role is hybrid, with the working pattern predominantly Monday – Friday, with flexibility required depending on service needs.
This is a Floating Support Worker role based in our Generic Floating Support Service, Blaenau Gwent. The team provide tenancy related support to individuals with the aim to reduce the risk of homelessness and manage tenancies.
You will provide support to a range of individuals with varying needs, this can include challenging behaviour, mental health issues, learning difficulties, substance misuse. Through guidance and support, you will provide housing related support to equip our customers with the knowledge, skills and tools that they need to be able to live independent lives.
