Job summary

Leonard Cheshire is seeking a Support Worker to assist residents at Oakwood on occasional hours. The role focuses on personal care, meals, and promoting independence in a compassionate setting.

Shifts include day and night coverage with a supportive training environment and benefits package. No prior care experience is required as full induction is provided.

Your working hours

We offer occasional hours, this is to support the service with sickness and annual leave cover.

Typical shifts may include:

• Day shifts: 8:00am - 8:00pm
• Night shifts: 8:00pm - 8:00am

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
