Job summary

Les Amis, an Investors in People Gold accredited organisation in Jersey, seeks enthusiastic staff to support individuals with learning disabilities across Residential, Domiciliary and Respite services. Sleep-in duties, weekend shifts, and 30-35 hours per week are included, with a four-week induction and training program.

Applicants should be willing to work towards RQF Level 2 in Health & Social Care and must have a driving licence. A competitive salary, pension and medical insurance are offered.

• Enthusiastic, reliable and motivated staff with a genuine interest in working with individuals with a learning disability.
• Willing to pursue RQF Level 2 in H&SC.
• Ability to work across Residential, Domiciliary and Respite services.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with learning disabilities in residential, domiciliary and respite settings.
• Support personal care, daily living activities, and community participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain safe and welcoming environments.

Les Amis are looking for enthusiastic, reliable & motivated staff with a genuine interest in working with individuals with a learning disability in a range of services including Residential, Domiciliary and Respite.

Positions are 30-35hrs p/w, includes shift work, weekends & sleep in duties. We hold a 4 week induction where full training is given, including theory work & shadowing staff in group homes.

Applicants must be willing to work towards RQF Level 2 in H&SC.

Driving licence required.
