Job summary

Les Amis in the United Kingdom seeks enthusiastic, reliable and motivated staff to support individuals with learning disabilities across residential, domiciliary and respite services. Positions are 30-35 hours per week with shift work, weekends and sleep-in duties.

We provide a four-week induction with full training, including theory work and shadowing in group homes. Driving licence is required, and a pension scheme plus medical insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, reliable and motivated staff with a genuine interest in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
• Willingness to work toward RQF Level 2 in HandSC.
• Willingness to perform shift work including weekends and sleep-in duties.
• Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with learning disabilities across residential, domiciliary and respite services.
• Work shifts, weekends and sleep-in duties as part of the care team.
• Complete induction and four weeks of training, including theory work and shadowing staff.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of clients.
