Key Care & Support in Trafford is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to people with learning disabilities and autism. You will work weekend shifts with flexible hours and may have guaranteed hours on some contracts, requiring a UK driver’s licence and at least 12 months UK care experience.
You will communicate clearly, respect dignity, and support independent living in homes and communities.
Due to expansion of services Key Care & Support have contracts available in Trafford

You will need to be a driver and hold a UK Drivers Licence ( for at least the last 12 months )
Fully flexible regards your availability and be available to work a minimum of 20-24 hours each weekend
Have both excellent written and verbal communication skills
Person centred and committed to delivering the highest standard of care and support

We require a minimum of 12 months UK experience in a similar role. You will be proactive, have a positive outlook and passion for supporting people to be the best they can be,
