Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker for Cygnet Manor in the UK. You will work 42 hours per week, with a mix of day and night shifts, providing high dependency care for men with learning disabilities and associated needs.

The role offers £13.15 per hour, a structured apprenticeship pathway, and opportunities for coaching, supervision and wellbeing support across 150 sites nationwide. You will join a team dedicated to making a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required

Cygnet Manor is a high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge.

Day-to-Day

You'll be working 42 hours a week in Manor with high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge. You will be required to work a mixture of days and nights.

£13.15 per hour
