Job summary

Cygnet Manor is a high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and behaviours that challenge. We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team at the Cygnet Manor.

You’ll be working 42 hours a week in Manor with a mix of day and night shifts, providing physical and emotional support and helping residents with their individual needs. DBS checks are enhanced and training opportunities are available.

• Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment
• Helping to empower & support service user independence.

Cygnet Manor is a high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge.

Your Day-to-Day…

You’ll be working 42 hours a week in Manor with high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge.

You will be required to work a mixture of days and nights.

£13.15 per hour

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
