Job summary

Cygnet Fountains in Blackburn is hiring a confident experienced Support Worker to deliver outstanding care. This full-time role offers 42 hours per week across day and night shifts, giving you the chance to make a real difference to service users.

You will provide physical and emotional support, ensure a safe environment and contribute to rehabilitation in a high‑dependency inpatient setting. DBS check required.

We are looking for confident experienced Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working full time, 42 hours per week (day and night shifts), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Fountains.

Cygnet Fountains is a high‑dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men who have severe and enduring mental illness and who may have been detained under the Mental Health Act. The individuals we support come to us following multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or stepping down from secure settings and is currently rated Good overall by the CQC.
