Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker for our Bicester homes. The role focuses on supporting six young adults with complex needs in daily routines and activities, fostering independence and confidence in a safe, caring environment.

You will work 37.5 hours per week with guaranteed hours and access to paid training, a friendly team, and opportunities for career development. Driving is required to support day-to-day activities.

Job description

Female Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Salary: £13.69 per hour (£26,695 per annum) plus benefits.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Driving Licence: Manual full UK licence essential

Visa Sponsorship: Applicants must already be authorised to work in the United Kingdom; SeeAbility is not able to provide new work authorisation.
