Dimensions (UK) Ltd. in Reading (RG2) is seeking a confident and caring Support Worker to help a gentleman in his 40s with learning disabilities.
This lone-working role focuses on one-to-one quality time, practical support, and creating meaningful moments during daily activities. The role covers personal care, meal prep, medication administration, occasional wheelchair assistance, and arranging enjoyable activities such as swimming or local outings.

Shift patterns
(Around 20 hours per week plus additional sleep-ins with alternate weekends - must be available for both Saturday and Sunday when on a weekend shift. Rotas are given in advance.)
Experience is not essential - full training provided.
