Dimensions (UK) Ltd. in Worcester is seeking empathetic Support Workers to assist four individuals with Angelman Syndrome, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and epilepsy.
You will deliver 1:1 and 2:1 support, uphold health and safety, and craft engaging activities in a lively, interactive environment. Shifts cover mornings, afternoons and sleep-ins; a full UK manual driving licence is required at onboarding.
We're looking for creative, energetic and compassionate Support Workers to join our Worcester team, supporting four individuals (two women and two men aged 20s-80s) with Angelman Syndrome, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and epilepsy. This is a lively and highly interactive service where no two days are the same. You'll provide 1:1 and 2:1 support, ensuring health, safety and wellbeing while creating engaging, meaningful experiences.
Sleep-ins required (£50 paid to sleep). Rotas provided in advance to support work-life balance., Some family involvement is part of this role, so maintaining positive and professional relationships is important., Driving requirement: Full UK manual licence will need to be shown at onboarding
Experience preferred, but full training provided.
