Dimensions in Woodley is seeking a proactive Support Worker to join our lively home, where we support three gentlemen with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role focuses on enabling daily activities, social engagement and individual wellbeing in a busy, supportive environment.
You will assist with personal care, meals, outings and community activities, with training provided and a strong emphasis on inclusion and respect. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Sleep-in: 10:00pm - 7:00am + paid support until 9:30am (£50 for sleep-in)
Some tailored 1:1 hours on Thursdays and Fridays (can be a long day or split shifts, Rotas provided 4 weeks in advance for work-life balance., not required - full training and support provided.
