Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is hiring a dedicated care assistant to support three gentlemen aged 50s and 60s with learning disabilities. You will help with daily routines, personal care, meal prep, and participate in outings and activities to promote independence.

Experience isn’t essential—full training provided. The role offers varied shifts, opportunities for progression, and a supportive team culture in a Great Place to Work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience is helpful, but full training provided.
• Must have a full UK manual driving licence (essential).

Join a welcoming, energetic home where you'll support three gentlemen in their 50s and 60s with learning disabilities. This is an active, social environment where you'll help people live full, independent lives and enjoy a variety of outings and meaningful daily experiences. The gentlemen enjoy:

• Day trips to the seaside and countryside
• Kayaking, bowling and gymnastics
• Cooking, shopping and budgeting
• Gardening and growing vegetables
• Music, movies and their Friday night disco

You’ll provide:

• Personal care and assistance with daily routines
• Medication administration
• Meal preparation and cooking

• 7:00am - 2:30pm
• 2:30pm - 10:00pm
• Long days between 7:00am - 10:00pm
• Sleep-ins: 10:00pm - 7:00am (£50 per sleep-in)
