Shifts: 12 hour shifts, 9.00am to 9.00pm and 9.00pm to 9.00am
Working pattern: Rolling two week rota, including alternate weekends

You will build a trusted relationship, support everyday living and help the person achieve what matters to them. From developing daily living skills to enjoying personal interests and activities in the community, your patience, encouragement and reliability can make a lasting difference.
