Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to care for young people in a home setting in Peterborough. The role involves supporting daily living, planning activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment with a supportive team.

You will work full-time shifts, including night sleep-ins, and be part of a programme that funds training and development while paying at least the Real Living Wage. A driving licence is required to support outings and appointments.

Full time hours working 14 hour shift, long day plus sleep in.

Full UK Driving licence is required.

What do you need?

  • The ability to relate well and share interests, give encouragement and get involved.
  • Full UK Driving licence is essential.
  • We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient with a keen interest in young people and their lives today.
  • Great communication skills, positive and energetic.
  • Experience within childrens care is highly beneficial.
  • You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
