Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a dedicated residential support worker in Peterborough to care for children and young people in a home setting. The role focuses on creating a safe, loving environment, supporting daily living activities and building positive, trusting relationships.

The position offers funded training, competitive pay, DBS paid for, and generous annual leave. Full UK driving licence is required, and flexibility for shifts and sleep-ins is expected.

Qualifications

Location: Peterborough PE6 AND Spalding PE12

As a therapeutic support worker you will:

What do you need?
  • The ability to relate well and share interests, give encouragement and get involved.
  • Full UK Driving licence is essential.

  • Experience within childrens care is highly beneficial.
  • You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
