Your Role

Our Support Workers are vital. By understanding the needs of those you support, you’ll provide care that changes lives. Your role includes helping with daily tasks and organizing trips, making a real difference while having fun.

• Encourage participation in meaningful activities and experiences.
• Support community involvement, leisure, and social events.

• Work various shifts, including early, late, weekends, or nights. Both full-time and part-time roles available.

Your Service

Fletton Avenue supports people with PWS to live independently, focusing on positive risk-taking, involvement in meal planning, and community activities like sailing, swimming, boccia, cycling, and walks.
