Role: Full Time Permanent & requires working alternate weekends

This residential service supports eight adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, encouraging independent living and quality of life, with spaces designed to meet individual needs.

Support Worker Duties

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting with daily goals & activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
• Developing person-centered plans, including employment, education, and other opportunities
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
• Providing personal care, working towards more independence
• Supporting daily activities or development
