Job Title: Day Support Worker - Care Experience Essential and Full UK Manual Driving Licence Required

Location: Peterborough

Salary: £12.31 per hour

Role: Full-Time Permanent, working alternate weekends

Shifts: 7am to 2pm & 2pm to 9pm

Support Worker Duties

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting with daily goals and activities like arts, crafts, and hobbies
• Developing person-centred plans including employment and education opportunities
• Maintaining records and risk assessments
• Providing personal care, always aiming to foster independence
• Supporting daily activities and development
