Full-time day shifts are 45.5 hours weekly, with nights or part-time options available. UK driving licence is helpful but not essential. Join a supportive team and access DBS checks and funded training.

Support Worker – Pembrokeshire - Bangeston Hall - £13.45 to £13.75 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience

Role Overview: As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day support and care of individuals with autism. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
About Bangeston Hall: Situated in Pembroke Dock, Bangeston Hall is our largest home in Pembrokeshire, housing up to 17 adults. The main manor house has 10 bedrooms and ample communal space, complemented by a five-bed lodge and a two-bed home. The grounds feature a market garden, allotments, a polytunnel, a smallholding, and rooms for music and art, offering various opportunities for nature activities, life skills, and relaxation.
Right to Work Requirement: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and, where applicable, hold a visa with at least 18 months remaining at the time of application. We cannot accept applications from Student Visa holders or candidates requiring sponsorship or sponsorship transfers. Successful candidates with a time-limited right to work will be employed on a fixed-term contract ending on their visa expiry date.
Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
