As a Support Worker, you will play a critical role in delivering hands-on support and care, focusing on each individuals unique needs and personal growth. Located in West Aberthaw near the seaside town of Barry, Ty Carreg is a specialist facility for twelve adults with autism, aged 18 and above. Set in beautifully converted stone barns, Ty Carreg offers both self-contained apartments and shared living spaces, all designed to support the diverse needs of our individuals. Here, as a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in making Ty Carreg a true home for our individuals, fostering a sense of belonging and independence.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and, where applicable, hold a visa with at least 18 months remaining at the time of application. We cannot accept applications from Student Visa holders or candidates requiring sponsorship or sponsorship transfers. Successful candidates with a time-limited right to work will be employed on a fixed-term contract ending on their visa expiry date.
