We are recruiting Support Workers to join our passionate care team in Oxfordshire. We seek vibrant, energetic, and motivated individuals to work at our supported living service in Headington, providing person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health support needs, helping them live independent lives.
No two days are the same as we support service users to pursue passions and engage in activities like cooking, walking, shopping, and more. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in providing quality care and support, and becoming part of our friendly team.
Your role includes personal care, medication administration, lone working, and encouraging engagement in social activities. You will develop trusting relationships with service users and their families to enhance their experience. The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) and requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
