Job summary

Independence Matters in Norwich is seeking Part-Time and Zero Hour Support Workers to help customers with learning and physical disabilities live independently in their own homes.

We offer full training, a flexible rota, competitive pay, and 24/7 wellbeing support. DBS checks are required; a full UK driving licence and vehicle insurance are needed to perform duties during shifts.

• Must have a full UK driving licence and full business insurance to use a vehicle for work.

We’re looking for Part-Time and Zero Hour Support Workers to join our Norwich Supported Living service. Our service provides support to customers with learning and physical disabilities within their own homes. Our customers have their own tenancies in which we support them with independent living skills and provide person-centred support for physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. If you're proactive, compassionate, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you!

No experience? No problem! We’ll provide full training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:
