Job summary

CareTech seeks a Residential Childcare Worker in Newtonmore on a 2 on 4 off shift pattern with overnight sleep-ins. Pay ranges from £34,327 to £36,375 per year, including base salary and sleep-in allowances. Base salary bands are £26,227–£28,275 plus £67.50 per sleep-in, with an expected ~£8,100 additional yearly earnings from sleep-ins.

We welcome applicants with or without experience; training is provided. A full UK manual driving licence is required; sponsorship is not available.

• Plan and join activities like trips to the park, popcorn and movie nights, or creative projects.
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Role: Residential Childcare Worker

Location: Newtonmore with a 2 on 4 off shift pattern, which includes overnight sleep-ins at the service.

Pay: £34,327 to £36,375 per year (includes base salary + sleep-in allowances)

Base Salary: £26,227 (Unqualified) to £28,275 (Qualified), plus £67.50 per sleep-in. Based on approximately 10 sleep-ins per month, you will top up your earnings by £8,100 annually.

12month advance rolling rota

A full UK Manual driving licence is required and we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Atha Mor is a beautiful, welcoming home based in the Scottish highlands- sitting on a lot of land ensuring our young people have a safe space to live and thrive. We are registered to support 4 young people who may be effected by learning disabilities and or complex behaviours.
