Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions is looking for an exceptional Support Worker to join the Crosby team in Crosby, Cumbria. You will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in residential homes, supported living, and community settings, helping people live more independently and with confidence.

Key requirements include eligibility to work in the UK and at least 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years; registration rules apply for Scotland, Wales or Northern

Support Worker – Crosby, Cumbria (CA15)

Pay: £14.25 to £16.35 per hour

What you'll do:

As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.

What you need:

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years
• Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) – not required in England
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
