Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited in the Hoxne area is seeking an exceptional Support Worker to join our care team. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in residential settings, supported living, and community visits.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years.
• Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland – not required in England.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Due to the location of the client, we are only looking for drivers

As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.

What you need:

Eligibility to work in the UK

A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years

Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) – not required in England

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
