Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited in Wisbech is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to deliver person-centred care across residential homes, supported living and community settings. You will help individuals live more independently, build confidence and maintain dignity with compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years.
• Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland not required in England.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: £14.25 to £16.35 per hour

We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker to join the Newcross team in the Wisbech area. You will be part of a supportive and rewarding environment where your care, commitment and compassion truly make a difference.

As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.

What you need:

Eligibility to work in the UK

A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years

Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) - not required in England

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
