Job summary

Newcross Healthcare is seeking an exceptional Support Worker to join the Bourne area. You will provide person-centred care in residential homes, supported living, and in the community, helping people live more independently.

Support Worker – Bourne, Lincolnshire (PE10)

Pay: £14.25 to £16.35 per hour

What you’ll do:

As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.

What you need:

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years
• Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) – not required in England
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
