Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Eastleigh. You will deliver person-centred care and emotional support across homes, supported living, and community settings, helping clients live more independently and with greater confidence.

• UK work eligibility required.
• Minimum 6 months UK paid care experience in the last 3 years.
• Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI for Northern Ireland.

Support Worker – Eastleigh

As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.
