Job summary

Support Worker - Swaffham, Norfolk (PE37)

Pay: £14.25 to £16.35 per hour

We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker to join the Newcross team in the Swaffham area. You will be part of a supportive and rewarding environment where your care, commitment and compassion truly make a difference.

As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.

What you need:

Eligibility to work in the UK
